Downloads for maps used in the videos

I sometimes feature a map with a mineshaft ending in a valley surrounded by cliffs and waterfalls, flowing out into a large flat plain. It did quite some modifications to the landscape, especially making the lake, flattening the plain and digging the river. You can download the map here.

In the next video the plain is more visible.

I've also made an underwater base for Nandonalt's Coral Reef mod showcase, which you may need to have to be able to play the map. You can download the map here.

Free Royalty Free music for YouTube videos

Most of my videos have soundtracks and to avoid copyright conflicts I have searched for royalty free music. So far I've used three sites. All these sites have free music which you are allowed to use for personal or commercial purposes as long as you provide credits or a donation.

1. Incompetech. I've used this one the most. It has a lot of high quality songs very suitable for soundtracks. The tracks are also really well sorted in different genres and moods.
2. Danosongs. Quite a big list and good quality, though I've found many of them unsuitable as background music.
3. music4yourvids. A small list but with a few really good tracks. It lacks streaming samples though.
4. dig.ccmixter.org. Really extensive collection though it's a bit hard to find what you want. But sure a site I'm gonna be paying attention to and try to get good track from.

I always try my best to find music that's fitting to the mods I showcase, hope you appreciate it :)

Welcome

I'm a big fan of Minecraft and the modding community. I really enjoy testing out new mods and seeing the huge creativity and skills of all these modmakers. To make it easy for other people to see the mods I decided to start a Youtube channel dedicated to showcasing these mods.
